Membership Policy
The DAC Secretariat has officially functioned since September 1998 under the phase I, II and phase III funding provided by USAID/Leahy War Victims Fund. However, from the phase I, it has already started planning as a part for the continuity and sustainability of the DAC Secretariat for after this period in order to provide administrative and technical support services to its Committees, Working Groups as well as its affiliated member organizations.It has been recommended that DAC affiliated members be kindly asked to contribute a yearly financial commitment to the DAC Secretariat that would be regarded as a membership subscription for the purpose as described above.
