Although restructuring and in the process having considerable staff changes, the process of working mainly through its Specialist Committees and Working Groups is still in place of DAC. These committees and working groups consist of representatives from NGOs and relevant ministries in the field of rehabilitation, and they cover various aspects of work with and for people with disabilities. The DAC Secretariat provides administrative and technical support services to these entities, as well as to the Advisors and Executive Board. This provides opportunities for the exchange of expertise, information and experience among individuals and organization doing rehabilitation work in Cambodia.
Since this time the DAC Secretariat has continued to evolve and today its structure is granted to deliver its priority service areas-they are:- Developing the social, legislative and educational infrastructure required to meet the needs of people with disability and promoting mainstreaming of disability;
- Developing the capacity and effectiveness of all institutions operating in the disability sector;
- Developing the knowledge base of all disability stakeholders in Cambodia;
