The DAC works mainly through its Technical and Specialised Committees and Working Groups. The DAC Secretariat provides administrative and technical support services to these entities, as well as to the Advisory Committee and Executive Board. These committees and working groups consist of representatives from NGOs and relevant ministries in the field of rehabilitation (see Relationships Chart), and they cover various aspects of work with and for people with disabilities. This provides opportunities for the exchange of expertise, information and experience among individuals and organisations doing rehabilitation work in Cambodia. The committees and working groups are working on issues such as the development of sectoral plans, the standardisation of training, the identification of best practices, and so forth.
