Main Activities

The objectives and duties of MOSALVY are to implement the political program of the Royal government in the domain of social affairs, labor, vocational training and youth rehabilitation. The political program consists of: clearly defining the objectives of socio-economic development following the slogan "Peace, Stability, Democracy, and Development". The political program of the Royal Government for the second mandate, 1998-2003, had also clearly defined development in the social domain such as:

  • Do for the general progress of the living Conditions and assure the implementation of rights, the interests of all-age citizens and of all ethnic.
  • At first, it is the reducation to minimum the social vulnerability to people of little possibility, and vulnerable one to be linked to the mechanism of social development to increase for all communities, members, and at the same time, the progress spirit.
  • Strengthening the rule implementation on work and on international convention on work and on union rights to really assure the rights and interests of labors, employees and employers.
  • Assist vulnerable people such as orphans, widows and victimized women so that they will be able to live and earn properly their living.
