There are two categories of membership of DAC: Full Member and Affiliate

• Full members: include government ministries and currently 15 paying NGO members.
• Affiliate member: is open to all bodies providing service to, or with an interest in, helping people with disabilities. Currently many organization providing services for people with disabilities in Cambodia are either a full or affiliate members of DAC, making DAC one of the largest cooperative organization in the country.

DAC Relationships with Affiliated Organisations

The DAC comprises representatives of government, national and international organizations as well as organizations of disabled persons. Currently, the Cambodian Government is represented through the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labor, Vocational Training and Youth Rehabilitation (MOSALVY); the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MOEYS); and the Ministry of Health (MOH).

It is intended to widen the range of Government agencies involved in the DAC in the future to reflect the multi-sectoral aspect of disability and to promote the inclusion of disability concerns in mainstream programmes.
