The DAC comprises representatives of government, national and international organisations as well as organisations of disabled persons. Currently, the Cambodian Government is represented through the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour, Vocational Training and Youth Rehabilitation (MOSALVY); the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MOEYS); and the Ministry of Health (MOH). It is intended to widen the range of Government agencies involved in the DAC in the future to reflect the multi-sectoral aspect of disability and to promote the inclusion of disability concerns in mainstream programmes.
