August 5, 2009 Training on "Report Writing"

Effective Report Writing activities Disability Action Council (DAC) conducted training on "Effective Report Writing" at the Meeting Room of DAC on August 5, 2009. The Training aimed to build the capacity of DAC and development partners' staff to produce effective reports. The training was well attended by 17 enthusiastic participants and was facilitated by VSO volunteer Sarah Jago (Inclusive Education adviser to DAC).

By the end of the interactive 2 hour session, participants were able to identify different purpose, types and structures of reports, list at least three rules for effective report writing and develop writing frame for a report. Participants were invited to submit any reports they write for feedback from the trainer.
