July 01-03, 2009 The workshop on Psychosocial Development for Community Integrate Management of Children Illness
The workshop on Psychosocial Development for Community Integrated Management of Children Illness was organized by the National Center for Health Promotion under the financial support of UNICEF at the Provincial Department of Health in Sihanouk province on July 1-3, 2009.
The workshop aimed to develop the training manual for Health Center Staff. The module is developed for those who are involved with health awareness raising including the early prevention and detection of, and interventions in, disabilities of children. At the end of the workshop, eight lessons had been developed by participants bellow:- Introduction and pre-test on module
- Psychosocial development of the child
- Stages of child development
- Showing affection
- Making a rattle
- Making a mobile
- Making a toy car
- Summary and post test on module
