DAC views itself as the central resource centre in Cambodia for disability information. To this end the organisation has implemented a number of initiatives they include

• A comprehensive library facility-containing publications, reports .etc.
• The production of a range of publications that include:

• Quarterly Newsletter
• Annual reports
• Information Brochures
• Briefing papers on Disability issues
• Country profile

• A series of Member Information events and training courses. Currently DAC is facilitating the coordination of a database of disability databases
• A Master Lists comprising access information on disability organisations
• DAC staff are an important resources for information on disability, they are available for consultation, training and presentations
• All information can be viewed/ borrowed at copies are available for a small charge
