Strategic Plan
| GOAL |
To develop and enact a basic law with an effective in-built implementation
and enforcement mechanism to protect the rights of disabled people, including
women with disabilities and people with intellectual disabilities.
| OBJECTIVES |
- To review existing laws with view to discriminate for disabled people.
- To draft legislation concerning disabled people and submit it to relevant government institutions for approval.
- To establish a monitoring mechanism for the implementation of legislation.
