2. Legislation

To develop and enact a basic law with an effective in-built implementation and enforcement mechanism to protect the rights of disabled people, including women with disabilities and people with intellectual disabilities.

1. To review existing laws with view to discriminate for disabled people.
2. To draft legislation concerning disabled people and submit it to relevant government institutions for approval.
3. To establish a monitoring mechanism for the implementation of legislation.
