6.2. Communication (People with Hearing, Visual & Speech Impairment)

People with Disabilities (PWD) who have hearing visual and speech impairments have the right to access communication tools and services, and adapt those tools and services to their daily life.

1. To coordinate with government institutions for the establishment of national regulations for communications services for PWD.
2. To cooperate with government agencies, and local and international NGOs, in establishing and standardising communications tools and services for PWD.
3. To facilitate the provision of communication tools and services, and facilitate the training in the use of such tools and services by PWD.
