Strategic Plan

GOAL

Sources of income generation for People with Disabilities are better satisfied through skilled employment and business opportunities.

IMMEDIATE OBJECTIVE

New skills and services meet market demand and are effectively used and applied by graduates and other skilled persons.

OBJECTIVES
  1. The quality of diverse types of training meets market demand and is improved, and refresher courses are provided to ex-trainees.
  2. An appropriate system for follow-up, evaluation and reporting is established and implemented by institutions providing vocational and skills training programmes.
  3. Access to credit schemes for graduates to start up and expand business is supported and facilitated.
  4. Employment and business opportunities for graduates and other skilled persons are supported.
  5. Communication, cooperation and coordination are strengthened between relevant institutions (NGOs, ministries and the private sector).
