15. Recreation (Sport and Cultural Activities)

To ensure that people with disabilities have equal rights to participate in sporting and recreational activities, in order that they can achieve social reintegration, and improve their well-being and self-esteem.

1. To promote positive images of people with disabilities by concentrating on individuals' abilities and not their handicaps.
2. To raise public awareness of the issues that affect people with disabilities, especially women and children with disabilities.
3. To promote full participation and equal opportunities for people with disabilities in all socio-economic activities.
