MONITORING AND EVALUATION
  1. The Action Plan prepared to implement this Strategic Plan will contain detailed targets and timetables for all activities and tasks to allow monitoring to take place. Continuous monitoring of progress will be the responsibility of the DAC Management team, with quarterly progress reports being made to DAC's Governing Board and to members and stakeholders through DAC's quarterly newsletter. Annual progress reports will be made through DAC's Annual Meeting for members and stakeholders and through its Annual Report.
  2. The precise arrangements for evaluation will vary from activity to activity but will involve consultation with all appropriate stakeholders. The details will be set out in the Action Plan.
FUNDING
  1. Support for funding of the implementation of this Strategic Plan will be sought from USAid through the Leahy War Victims Fund. Other sources of funding already identified are financial contributions from the Royal Government of Cambodia towards DAC's office costs, membership fees and fees for specific services such as the organising of conferences related to disability.
  2. Donor funding will be sought for some specific projects within the Strategic Plan where DAC is playing the coordinating role.
  3. Continuing efforts will be made to ensure the long term financial sustainability of the DAC.
